You Buy the “Pick” on Monday morning, and then Sell on Friday’s Close.
This “Pick” is emailed to you with this Weekly Commentary. The stock is sold at Friday’s market close (more details here).

1/12/2025 Markets were lower again for the week, as T-Bonds dropped more on Inflation Fears (FEAR Flush). T-Bonds are now very over-sold now on FEAR, and should bounce up soon. This should help the weaker Indices like the DOW 30, NYSE, & Small Caps to bounce up off the Green Lines.
Fear is high now (CNN FEAR INDEX), and that is when we like to Buy. The Leading Stocks (the 17 % that are still above the 50-day averages) should bounce up nicely when Bonds complete the massive Margin Flush, and finally bounce back up to a NO FEAR level. Stocks Markets have been adjusting to higher long term Interest Rates (up from 3.9 % to 5.0% since FED Cuts).
Bonds should bounce up towards the Green Line once the temporary FEAR subsides, and long term Interest Rates should fall. Then Stocks Indices should adjust back up higher again when Rates fall. Try to Buy investments that are still above the 50-day avg. (Red Line).
Bit-Coin become over-sold and should be bouncing up to retest the recent High (if it can hold above the 50-day avg.).
We Buy the strongest Leaders that make new highs, on pull-backs. So follow the Green Line System and you should continue to win more than you lose. SEE WATCH LIST
With the Green Line System, your Money should flow into the Strongest areas and your Account value should be able to grow in both Bull and Bear Markets. Follow the MONEY, not the MEDIA.

For the week the Dow was down 1.83%, the S&P 500 was down 1.94% and the NASDAQ 100 was down 2.20. The major Indices still have a Relative Strength below 80, so you should currently own the stronger Funds here.
The Inflation Index (CRB) was up 3.10% the week and is Above the Green Line, indicating Economic Expansion.
Bonds were down 2.10% for the week, and are Below the Green Line, indicating Economic Expansion.
The US DOLLAR was up 0.63% for the week, a new high.
Crude Oil was up 3.53% for the week at $76.57 and GOLD was up 2.27% at $2715.00.

QUESTION: RUI writes “On the Portfolio page with the current positions, what is the parameter to shift the “legend” to yellow “Don’t take a loss?”
ANSWER: Hi Rui. Usually after a Money Wave Buy Signal, the Investment should pop 3-6% in a few days. When the Money Wave is > 50 and the Investment is not doing well, then something might be wrong (maybe the Market has not have bottomed).
So for Short Term Trading we suggest getting out Before you take a Loss, and try to get back in Lower. Or Wait for another Buy Signal. There will be plenty more.
