Oct 29, 2025 Today, markets opened once again with a strong bullish gap-up as SPY and QQQ pushed to new higher highs, driven by a dovish Fed rate-cut squeeze that forced shorts to cover. Mid-session, markets retraced slightly while TLT bonds formed a potential M pattern, suggesting a coming pullback toward the banana line.
Our TPOW secured a solid 4% conservative gain this week, and we took a new daily swing buy on MP. Many leading stocks began fading in strength as candles weakened with average volume, signaling exhaustion. Wave 5 on SPY still appears in progress, but a return to fair value levels seems near.
