Markets were slightly lower today as the S&P 500 Index needs to Close back above the Red Line (50-day avg.) of 4400 to bring in the Traders back in. The S&P 500 should be able to go back up to re-test the Highs, but many Leaders need to come down from the Red Zones (probably too late to Buy for the Short Term). Bonds need to stop dropping before we see much of a Stock rally. Several nice pops on DAY TRADING SETUPS.
Try to only Buy new money investments that held above the Red Lines, as they tend to bounce first.
New Investors: Leaders had some Money Wave Pops last week, but we normally need good Volume for the bounce to last more than one day. Most pops have been on below average Volume. The better trades happen when the S&P 500 Index is in the Green Zone.

Many like to Buy the day before, near the Close, if the Money Wave is going to create a Buy Signal (Closing > 20 and out of the Green Zone).
Don’t Buy if the Investment has already popped up too much. Money Wave Buys are usually good for a 3-6 % move in a few days.
We will “Not Log” trades if the Reward/Risk is not at least 2:1, or Low Volume. These have more risk.
