Nov 7, 2025 Today the markets opened on a bearish note as SPY retraced back down to meet its fair value at the Bananas Line, marking the end of the recent magician squeeze. This week overall remained weak, and our TPOW performance was softer than expected, though we continue to hold ONDS for another week, as it maintains a strong 99 SCTR and stays in the Green Zone. Only weak hands tend to sell at lows, while we view this pullback as a great opportunity to prepare for strong upcoming buys on leading assets.
The week stayed quiet with a broadly bearish tone as most leaders reached fair value, but we expect a potential rebound soon with an M-shaped recovery forming ahead, while TLT bonds closed higher and IWM small caps remained below the Bananas Line, signaling lingering fear in smaller stocks.
