May 20, 2025 At today’s open, Nasdaq saw minor downside before moving into a tight sideways range. SPY showed overall weakness with indecision, lacking clear bullish momentum. The market lacked strength to push higher, hinting at exhaustion in the current uptrend. A possible correction or breakout looms, as sentiment remains cautious and direction unclear.
The Indices are now very over-bought for the short term, as the FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) returns. Not many stocks in the Green Zones.
Wait for more Buy Signals coming up out of the Green Zones. CHARTS The best moves happen when the S&P 500 Index is also coming up out of the Green Zone.
