7/9/2023 Markets were lower for the week as the strongest Leaders could not exceed last week’s highs, and profit taking came in. Recently the Markets and Leaders have been having tiny pull backs, so many Swing Trade bounces have been small. Many undisciplined investors are spending all of their CASH Way Above the Green Line on Good News. This warns Smart Money to raise CASH and WAIT for the next larger pull back.
The FED has been Printing again since March when the Bank Term Funding Program (BTFP) was implemented. This Printing is helping speed up the Economy, so Bonds dropped 3.5% this week (Bonds like a slow Economy).
The NASDAQ 100 Fund could be completing Wave 3 up with a count around $371, then a 38% correction down near the 50-day avg. (count of 339). Greed and FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) have taken over, so normally there will be some profit taking soon. Currently the CNN Fear & Greed Index up at 78, the Greed Index (SVXY), and the Fear Index (VIX) are all telling Smart Money to take profits and Raise CASH.
If you continue to Follow the Green Line System, your Money should flow into the Strongest areas and your account value should be able to grow in both Bull and Bear Markets. Follow the MONEY, not the MEDIA.

For the week the Dow was down 1.87%, the S&P 500 was down 1.07% and the NASDAQ 100 was down 0.86%. Many of the major Indices still have a Relative Strength below 80, so you should currently own the stronger Funds here.
The Inflation Index (CRB) was up 0.94% for the week and is Below the Green Line, indicating Economic Contraction.
Bonds were down 3.49% for the week, and are Below the Green Line, indicating Economic Expansion.
The US DOLLAR was down 0.62% for the week and is Below the Green Line.
Crude Oil was up 4.56% for the week at $73.86 and GOLD was up 0.16% at $1932.50.
