10/26/2025 Markets opened this week with a slow grind to the upside but eventually ended strong on Friday with an upside burst, pushing SPY and QQQ to new higher highs. We interpret this extended upside curve as a potential wave 5 formation, signaling caution as markets approach exhaustion levels. Bonds also closed positive for the week, adding to the mixed sentiment across asset classes. With most leaders and indices now entering red zones, this is not an ideal time for fresh swing buys. We will stay disciplined and focus only on the strongest asset class leaders for selective opportunities.
We Buy the strongest Leaders that make new highs, on pull-backs. So follow the Green Line System and you should continue to win more than you lose. SEE WATCH LIST

For the week the Dow was up 2.26%, the S&P 500 was up 1.94% and the NASDAQ 100 was up 2.18%. The major Indices still have a Relative Strength below 80, so you should currently own the stronger Funds here.
The Inflation Index (CRB) was up 3.28% this week and is Above the Green Line, indicating Economic Expansion.
Bonds were up 0.30% for the week, and are Above the Green Line, indicating Economic Contraction.
The US DOLLAR was up 0.51% for the week.
Crude Oil was up 6.59% for the week at $61.44 and GOLD was down 3.28% at $4110.63.
