11/30/2025 Markets were up sharply for the week as the Indices and Leaders are quickly back up retesting the recent Highs. And now the Magician / Media is saying that the FED could Cut Rates again in December, and all will be fixed. The Money Wave Indicators have popped up from the Green Zones, to back up in the Red Zones (probably too late to Buy for the short term).
Now the SPY, DOW 30, and QQQ Indices must make higher highs soon for this huge rally from the April lows to continue. Many are betting that the Wave 4 correction is over and then a Wave 5 back up. But historically Stocks are very expensive. If your will need your money for spending soon, don’t try to be smarter than Warren Buffett or the Green Line (Stocks always meet again with the Green Line), and raise some CASH if the Indices were to have a Double Top up here. The Reward / Risk of owning many Indices and Stocks now is not 2: 1…
We Buy the strongest Leaders that make new highs, on pull-backs. So follow the Green Line System and you should continue to win more than you lose. SEE WATCH LIST

For the week the Dow was up 3.16%, the S&P 500 was up 3.73% and the NASDAQ 100 was up 4.95%. The major Indices still have a Relative Strength below 80, so you should currently own the stronger Funds here.
The Inflation Index (CRB) was up 2.00% this week and is Above the Green Line, indicating Economic Expansion.
Bonds were up 0.71% for the week, and are Above the Green Line, indicating Economic Contraction.
The US DOLLAR was down 0.67% for the week.
Crude Oil was up 2.38 % for the week at $59.44 and GOLD was up 3.82% at $4216.71.
