2/22/2026 Markets were higher for the week, after a string of losses earlier in the month. The Indices overcame volatility driven by geopolitical tensions and a significant Supreme Court ruling.
Bit-Coin and many Techs are still way down on MAX FEAR. We are not Selling down here on FEAR. Dumb Money bought on the Highs with borrowed money and is now having to Sell from Margin Calls. We like to Buy on FEAR, and many of the Tech & Momentum Stocks have dropped 30-50 % (probably too late to Sell). Now there is Opportunity for Gains for those who Buy on Fear.
The major Stocks Indices are struggling up here, as historically most Stocks are very expensive now. If you will need CASH later this year, probably take some profits up here and WAIT for another FEAR Flush by the Magician / Media, used to scare out the Dumb Money who Buys at the TOP (like Software Stocks and Bit-Coin are now).
We Buy the strongest Leaders that make new highs, on pull-backs. So follow the Green Line System and you should continue to win more than you lose. SEE WATCH LIST

The Inflation Index (CRB) was up 1.46 % this week and is Above the Green Line, indicating Economic Expansion.
Bonds were down 0.35% for the week, and are Above the Green Line, indicating Economic Contraction.
The US DOLLAR was up 0.91% for the week.
Crude Oil was up 5.44 % for the week at $66.31 and GOLD was up 1.28% at $5108.34.

QUESTION: Michael C. writes “Thanks for sharing your methodology on StockCharts. I’ve been having a look and noticed that today’s comment says “Please WAIT for the Leaders to return back down to the Green Zones for Money Wave Buys soon”.
Does this mean that no Money Wave Buy signals should be taken until the Leaders have returned back to the Green Zones?
ANSWER: Money Wave Buy Signals can be taken at any time, but results are usually better when the Strongest Leaders and the S&P 500 Index are ALSO down in their Green Zones. (The weakest ones go down to their Green Zones first).
