Nov 4, 2025 Today the markets opened with a bearish tone as SPY gapped down and many of the MAG 7 stocks began forming M patterns. SPY fell below its daily Pink Line support, showing clear weakness after the previous week’s magician short squeeze. Several leading stocks like PLTR also dumped sharply, signaling exhaustion in the recent rally.
The sudden correction indicates the markets are tired, and we may soon see attractive swing buy opportunities as SPY approaches the green zone on the Money Wave.
