Markets were up today on more low Volume. The Big Techs and some of the Leaders were higher, but the Buying power is not convincing. Most big daily moves now are on Good News or Earnings, and many Earnings are out by now. Many investors are hoping on more of a rally and are afraid to Sell with the FED Printing Money at full speed.
Many Leaders are not bouncing up much from the recent Money Wave Buys this time. The Leaders need to make Higher Highs than last week for progress to be made. If they struggle on this Low Volume, that could be Bearish. The Watch List is small again.
Looks like another attempt for the Market to go back up to the Green Line again this week. The S&P 500 is at the 62% Retracement Level of the decline since the January Highs. Historically that Level could be the Top of a weak Market. We will see if the Markets roll over soon, or not.
Bonds were up today with a Money Wave Buy Signal on low Volume.
Crude Oil was down $0.64 today at $23.35.
