May 19, 2025 The NASDAQ opened to the downside today, showing early signs of weakness across major sectors. Midway through the session, markets began to recover, with a modest bounce led by selective buying. Our TPOW position in IAU (Gold) gained 1%, supported by rising uncertainty and safe-haven demand.
The fear index (VIX) spiked 6%, reflecting cautious sentiment, while inverse funds moved higher in response.
Bitcoin remained the strongest performer, potentially entering its final Wave 5 of the current bullish structure.
The Indices are now very over-bought for the short term, as the FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) returns. Not many stocks in the Green Zones.
Wait for more Buy Signals coming up out of the Green Zones. CHARTS The best moves happen when the S&P 500 Index is also coming up out of the Green Zone.
