What are Signals?
Signals are the systematic output of the ATGL rules engine — an automated, AI-analyzed process that scans the market daily and weekly, scores stocks against strategy-specific criteria, and delivers the results in a structured, readable format.
The engine works in two layers. First, an automated workflow retrieves stock quotes, financial data, and sentiment data on a defined schedule. Then, an LLM analyzes that data against the published rubric for the relevant strategy — producing a score, a bias label, and a plain-language metrics breakdown for each stock evaluated.
Unlike a generic stock screener that returns a list based on simple filters, every Signal on this platform is the result of a multi-factor evaluation: technical conditions, momentum, volume, pattern recognition, sector context, and strategy-specific rules — all applied consistently, every run, without discretion or override.
Signals are not one-size-fits-all. Each strategy on the platform has its own rubric — its own defined set of criteria, weightings, and disqualifiers — calibrated to the strategy’s specific goals and time horizon. A signal that is strong for a one-week hold is evaluated differently from one designed for an intraday trade. The engine knows the difference.
