Markets bounced up again today, after the DOW 30 Index and the S&P 500 bounced up off their Red Lines (50-day avgs.). Now they must make Higher Highs to avoid a “Double Top”. The weaker Indices NASDAQ 100 and Small Caps are still below the Red Lines as the Market breadth has narrowed. Many Momentum Stocks had larger Corrections and are taking longer for Investors to build confidence back in them. The DOW 30 is the strongest Index, and the NASDAQ 100 is the weakest.

Many like to Buy the day before, near the Close, if the Money Wave is going to create a Buy Signal (Closing > 20 and out of the Green Zone).
