Jun 9, 2026 Today, Markets opened on a weak note as large caps like SPY moved lower and selling pressure intensified through the middle of the session. A sharp decline pushed SPY back to the Red Line (50-day avg.), while Tech-heavy funds such as QQQ retraced into the daily Green Zone, an area where some of the best Swing-Buy opportunities often emerge.
TLT Bonds remained relatively quiet and unaffected by the broader market weakness, while Inverse Funds such as RWM and SH advanced alongside a rise in the VIX fear index. The day closed with weak momentum as risk-off sentiment dominated trading.
