Markets were up today on lower Volume as some Investors tip toed in with some Buying. The Tech and Semiconductor Stocks are holding up very well, but the low Volume is disappointing. APPLE has Earnings today after the Close. The DOW 30 Index bounced up off the Red Line (50-day avg.) but might go down once more to re-test yesterday’s Low.

Short Term Traders should WAIT for the Leaders to return to their Daily Green Zones. The best trades are when the S&P 500 Index is ALSO on the Green Zone.
Bonds were down today, after becoming over-bought.
