Aug 21, 2025 Today the Nasdaq market cooled off from its recent bearish downside, with SPY mostly moving sideways in a tight range. The price action suggests a possible continuation of the downside through ABC correction waves, while inverse funds reverted back to their 60-min Banana Line mean value. SPY is setting up for either an upside retest of recent highs or the formation of an M pattern. Overall, markets stayed gently sideways but weak, giving us potential swing buy setups as SPY bounces off key levels.
