Markets were mostly higher today as the passed a $Trillion Infrastructure Bill. The S&P 500 Index continued to hold up near Highs, but most Tech Stocks were lower. Volume is low and the other Indices need to catch up and make New Highs soon to keep this rally going.

Many Investors can’t Wait and are piling in when the strongest Leaders are back up in the Red Zones. Some strong Stocks on the WatchList below that have pulled back 30-50%, and should have nice bounces back up soon, but we need the Volume to pick up. The better trades happen when the S&P 500 Index is also in the Green Zone.
A Triple Buys today on XBIO was good for a 20% pop on DAY TRADING SETUPS.
Bonds were down today, but are back above the Green Line.
Crude Oil was up $1.98 today at $68.46.
