Your First Week: Orient, Observe, Apply at Your Pace

Day 1: Get oriented (10–15 minutes).
Visit the ATGL Dashboard. Skim the rules overview, open TPOW to see a current example, and browse the Swing Trading Watch List to understand what qualifies and why.

Days 2–3: Learn the rhythm.
Check the Dashboard and Commentary. Watch how candidates behave around the Green Line. You’re training your eye for valid setups and ignoring noise.

Days 4–5: Apply at your comfort level.
If you choose to practice the method, use a consistent process: define invalidation, size for risk, and respect targets. Prefer to stay observational? Stick with TPOW and the long-term/education lanes until you’re ready.

End of Week: Review.
Look at the Trade Log and how the Watch List evolved. Reflection builds conviction and consistency.
