Stage Chart — **After the Stage 1 Base is complete, the fun part begins: Stage 2 Bull.**

Investments normally cycle in 4 Stages, and after a big Bear or Down Market (Stage 4) they usually Base (Stage 1) for a year or two. A Base is a long sideways period where investors cannot decide if the fundamentals are getting better or worse. So we WAIT for a decision to be made.

If the Investment breaks out to the upside on High Volume, a long upward Bull Market can occur (Stage 2). that is where you can possible Double or Triple your Money.
