Markets were lower today on Indices need to re-test the Red Lines (50-day averages) once more. The Markets the need to bounce up soon to remain Bullish. The Leaders seem to be expecting more Stimulus money… If you don’t agree, maybe you should stay in Cash.
Many Leaders are back down in the Green Zones for Buy Signals soon. We are concentrating on Investments that recently made New Highs and are still above the Red Lines (50-day avgs.). But the Volume is still low, as many Investors are waiting for a Stimulus Plan before committing more funds.
