Markets were lower again today on Virus Fears and no Stimulus Plan. The Indices are way down to the Red Lines (50-day averages) and need to hold there for the Markets to still have good Buying soon. Many Leaders are back down in the Green Zones for Buy Signals soon. The Watch List has grown so large that we won’t list them all (over 40 names). We are concentrating on Investments that recently made New Highs and are still above the Red Lines (50-day avgs.).
Volume is still low, as many Investors are waiting for a Stimulus Plan before committing more funds.
