Oct 20, 2025 Today, the markets opened with a clear gap up as SPY and QQQ both moved strongly to the upside, trading well above previous levels and climbing toward potential new highs or M pattern. However the bounce was on low volume, indicating a weak upside move. We took a buy on open in KTOS as our TPOW of the week. Bonds (TLT) formed a potential M pattern and could start retracing toward the banana line, which may trigger a rally in Stocks.
Gold miners (GDX) bounced nicely from the Pink Line (10-dday avg.), and Apple made fresh highs, breaking prior resistance.
