The Markets are mixed again today, but the very Strongest Techs are up higher on low Volume. Still no Sellers today after the S&P 500 was able to make New Highs on Thursday.
The Financials are still struggling on fears of Economic weakness.
Most Funds are back up in the Red Zones (probably too late to Buy for the Short Term).
Traders, RAISE Cash so you will have Funds to Buy on the next pull-back into the Green Zones.
