May 18, 2026 Today, Markets opened on a weaker note, with large caps like SPY and QQQ drifting lower and sitting near the daily pink line to avoid triggering a short-term sell signal. Small caps through IWM continued to weaken as they approached the daily green zone, reflecting a broader corrective tone across the market.
The week overall started on a bearish side, with tech leaders pulling back after an extended rally, while we continued holding our previous week’s TPOW position in $ADTN. The session ended on a mixed note with no swing buys taken, as markets remain at key support levels.
