Markets were slightly higher today as the stronger Big Techs & NASDAQ 100 Index are retesting last week’ s high. Failure to exceed last week’s high could cause Selling.

Volume is still moving on very low volume on most securities (Indecision). The major Indices are wallowing Below the Green Lines (except for NAZ 100, SPY, & Semis). 

Please be patient and wait for Buy Signals for that are still Above the Green Lines.  SOON – CHARTS  The best moves happen when the S&P 500 Index is also coming up out of the Green Zone.
