Wow, what an Emotional Market. The DOW 30 Index is 5500 points Below the Green Line on FEAR Selling. In January many Investors “panic bought” Way Above the Green Line. Now they are dumping that same stock Way Below the Green Line with a big loss.
Markets “Gapped Down” big today as Monday’s Support did not hold. We are Lowering Sell Stop Losses once more, as there is really no alternative Investment other than Bonds, and they are Way Above the Green Line. The world is not coming to an end, so wait for Tammy to get flushed out down here and for the Indices to return back up near their Green Lines again. The CNN Fear & Green Index is down to 2 (about as low as it gets).
Many of the Green Line Open Positions (except the Indices) are holding up Above their Green Lines. In the 1987 Market crash, the Strongest Investments held Above the Green Lines and after the Selling stopped, they were back near Highs in a few months. The higher Volume Leaders are: AAPL ABBV AMD MSFT NLOK PLUG SHOP & TSLA) and should be good to Buy when the Markets bounces.
Bonds were up today on Fear, and are very over-bought.
Crude Oil was down $1.67 today at $31.31.
