Jun 23, 2026 Today the Markets opened on a weak note as the Semi / AI Stocks had some larger profit taking after an unbelievable run up this year, The Large Caps like SPY gapped lower and continued drifting downward before finally meeting the 60-min Bananas Line, it’s fair value area. The Greed index SVXY also opened with a gap down and moved lower throughout the session, reflecting a cooling of bullish sentiment.
Meanwhile, Inverse Funds reached their respective Bananas Lines, suggesting that short-term fear and defensive positioning may be approaching fair value levels. The day ended with swing buys taken in $BAND and $RXO as several setups approached attractive risk-reward zones.
