Markets were higher today on lower Buying Volume,  No conviction from buyers, or they are out of Money. Now the the S&P 500 and the DOW 30 Indices need to make higher highs than last week for this rally to continue. 

Please be patient and wait for Buy Signals for ones that are still Above the Green Lines.  SOON – CHARTS  The best moves happen when the S&P 500 Index is also coming up out of the Green Zone.
