Apr 2, 2026 Today, Markets Gapped down on the opening with a 10 % Pop on Crude Oil. But the Markets bounced back up as Stocks seem to be betting on Oil Topping soon. The Large Caps like SPY trading in a range and showing no clear directional move throughout the session. Price action remained largely quiet, though there is still an underlying potential upside wave for inverse funds like $SH.
The $USO oil fund moved higher again, making fresh highs and showing continued strength. Precious metals like $IAU and $SLV dipped firmly, and overall the market stayed range-bound, ending the day on a mixed note.
