Markets were mostly lower today after a rally this morning. The Indices are still battling near the Green Lines, but the Volume is drying up so maybe most of the Selling is over for a while. So far the S&P 500 is re-testing Monday’s Low and needs to bounce soon to be Bullish. The Volatility or Fear Index (VIX) has not been able New Highs which could be Bullish for Stocks.
FEAR is High now, but normally the Indices that made fresh New Highs recently like the S&P 500 and DOW 30 Indices will bounce up again to re-test the Highs. Weaker Investments might not get back up past the Red Lines (50-day avgs.)

Many like to Buy the Swing Trades just before the Close, if the Money Wave is going to create a Buy Signal (Closing > 20 and up out of the Green Zone).
