Markets were sharply higher today as the FED has finally began to “walk back” their hawkish Tightening tone… Many investors have been waiting to hear about the end to FED Tightening. Apparently the FED was getting too much heat, and don’t want to be blamed for a massive slow down. The Techs stocks were up sharply on hopes for lower interest rates soon.
Long Term Interest Rates made new highs again today, as Bond holders on Margin are having to panic Sell to cover their Margin calls. We are waiting for the US Dollar and long Rates to correct back down towards the Green Lines. Thank you for being patient. We are not Selling our strong stock positions on this emotional FEAR FLUSH.
Please be patient and wait for Buy Signals for that are still Above the Green Lines. BUYS SOON – CHARTS The best moves are when the S&P 500 Index is also coming up out of the Green Zone. Securities that are still Above the Green Lines now should bounce up well on the next rally.
