Markets went down today to re-test yesterday’s new low. But the Selling Volume was lower as most of the Margin accounts have been flushed, and the “weak hands” have sold on FEAR.
The Markets are dropping to force the FED to cut back on their aggressive tightening, which would cause a serious slowdown. Dumb Money has over worried, and does not realize that historically the FED can change directions quickly, like then did in 2018 (from over tightening).
Stocks need the US Dollar and long Term Interest Rates to correct back down towards the Green Lines. We are not Selling our strong stock positions on this emotional FEAR FLUSH. Securities that are still Above the Green Lines now should bounce up well on the next rally.
Please be patient and wait for Buy Signals for that are still Above the Green Lines. BUYS SOON – CHARTS The best moves are when the S&P 500 Index is also coming up out of the Green Zone (like now).
