Markets “Gapped Up” today on news of more FED Printing to prop up the Economy. Yesterday morning the S&P 500 Index went almost down into the Green Zone, and now it is bouncing up to re-test the Highs of last week. Failure to make Higher Highs could be Bearish. Not many New Highs today.
Most of the strongest Indices did not quite make it back down in the Green Zones yesterday for Money Wave Buy Signals. This can be frustrating to Wait. The better trades happen when the S&P 500 Index is also in the Green Zone (almost down to the Green Zone yesterday).
Remember that the Markets have bounced up about 40 % from the March Lows, and were very over-bought from “Good News” Buyers.
Bonds were down today.
Crude Oil was up $0.86 today at $37.98.
