Markets were up today to re-test last Thursday’s Highs. The NASDAQ 100 Index was able to go higher, but the other Indices have not. Lots of Short Covering going on with some Leaders and a few are really squirting up. The S&P 500 Index is holding above the Pink Line (10-day avg.) to avoid going into a Short Term Sell Signal.
Markets are too over-bought now to get many good pops. The Reward / Risk of Buying now is not the 2:1 upside ratio that you want to accept.
