Markets were up again today as the strongest Indices closed above the Pink Lines (10-day avgs.) yesterday to bring in more buying. There was better buying today, than earlier this week.
The Small Caps are back up to the Highs, with the other Indices lagging.
Crude Oil was up today at $73.80.
