Markets were slightly lower today as the Herd reacted to a higher CPI number, but Smart Money is betting that the FED will tighten too much, and slow the Economy down. Long Term Bonds like a slow Economy and rallied again today, betting the FED will get it wrong again.
The strong Oil and Commodities are coming back down to re-test the recent lows, so hopefully we will Buy them this time.
The Markets might have put in a Higher Low to show a sign of bottoming. Strong Techs and Semiconductors rallied today on the lower long term Rates (FED only controls short term Rates). Now the Indices need to Close above the late June Highs to be more Bullish (above 3946 on the S&P 500 Index).
The Markets and most Investments are Below the Green Lines, so please be patient and wait for Signals for Investments that are still Above the Green Lines. BUYS SOON – CHARTS The best moves are when the S&P 500 Index is also coming up out of the Green Zone.

Many like to Buy the Swing Trades just before the Close, if the Money Wave is going to create a Buy Signal (Closing > 20 and up out of the Green Zone).
