The Markets are up today, and the S&P 500 punched thru the 2301 High of Jan. 26th to 2311. Eventually the S&P will Double Top, and correct back down to the Red Line (50-day avg.)
The Reward / Risk ratio of investing now is poor, so please do not Buy unless you are VERY NIMBLE, as the Leaders are still Way Above the Green Lines.
We are waiting for the S&P 500 to correct back down near the Red Line (50-day avg.) to set up for a good bounce.

Many like to Buy the day before, near the Close, if the Money Wave is going to create a Buy Signal (Closing > 20).
Don’t Buy if the Investment has already popped up too much. Money Wave Buys are usually good for a 3-6 % move in a few days.
About 1/3 of the time, the Money Wave Buys will result small losses, so please use a Sell Stop Loss after all Buy orders.
Does a good Reward/Risk ratio mean the purchase price is way below the most recent high and is just above the most recent low? Numerically what is the threshold that you would consider it a good ratio?
The Investor Sentiment today tells us that Investors are Feeling Great & very Hopeful, like the 2007 TOP.
Great Market Gains happen after the HERD FEELS TERRIBLE.
The Reward / Risk should be at least 2:1 on every trade. If you Buy an Investment at $12, for a re-test of Highs at $14,
the Reward potential could be $2, or 16.7%. If you have a Stop at $11.5, you are risking $0.50.
So Reward / Risk is $2 / $0.50 = 4:1 odds… EXCELLENT!
Leaders normally do not drop a lot, until they go back up, and FAIL to make new Highs!
Thanks!!! Very helpful information…
Good trading, and tell your friends!
