Markets were up slightly today on more low Volume. No Good News today, so the Buyers won’t Buy without a reason. The low Volume indicates that ALL don’t feel that the Market has bottomed yet on this cycle. The Watch List buys are not popping very well with the Low Volume.
The S&P 500 needs to Close back above the Pink Line (10-day avg.) of 3122 to bring in more buying.

Bonds were down today as the FEAR has faded.
Crude Oil was down $0.02 today at $58.41.
