Markets were up again today on Buying from Retail Investors that are normally Bullish. The Herd does not want to miss the Christma Rally. Emotions are very High now, so be cautious.
The Indices and Leaders are very over-bought so expect some profit taking when the Institutional Money returns from the Holidays. Recent Money Wave pops have not very good without decent Market corrections.
Short Term Traders should WAIT for the Leaders to return to their Daily Green Zones. The best trades are when the S&P 500 Index is ALSO on the Green Zone.
Bonds were down slightly today.
Crude Oil was up $0.20 today at $60.64.

Some Followers will Buy Options on the Higher Priced Stocks or ETFs using the Short Term Signals (Money Wave Buys) for more leverage or to commit less $$$.
We prefer to only Sell Options (Covered Calls when the Investment is in the Red Zone) because of “time decay” from Buying Options.
