Jan 8, 2026 Today the markets opened on a weaker note, with SPY moving lower at the open and staying relatively quiet while attempting to hold above the daily pink line. Silver also weakened and slipped below its daily pink line, showing short-term pressure. In contrast, Small Caps (IWM) pushed strongly and continued to make higher highs.
TLT bonds remained sideways at the Green Line fair value. Overall, the session ended on a mixed note, with mild sell-off pressure emerging into the close.
