Markets were sharply higher today as several Money Wave Buy Signals kicked in. The Indices are bouncing up off the June low Support, but many investors are still unsure and that is why is Volume is low (many are still waiting).
The US Dollar and long Term Interest Rates were both down, helping stocks. But the Dollar and Interest Rates could go up once more if they bounce up off the Pink Lines (10-day avgs.) soon. Then Stocks could try the Low once more.
