Markets were mixed today on lower Volume, but the Energy and Metals Stocks had nice pops (see Watch List below). The Markets are no longer over-sold on the Short Term, as the Indices have rallied back up about half way to the early September Highs. The S&P 500, NASDAQ 100, & Small Cap Indices are back above the Red Lines (50-day avgs.) and the DOW 30 Index finally punched thru also today. Many Pops today on the DAY TRADING SETUPS.
The Markets should have enough momentum to rally back up near the Highs again, but now that might take a little longer. Many are waiting to see if Congress will spend another $3.5 Trillion that we do not have. Try to only Buy new money investments that held above the Red Lines, as they tend to bounce first.
New Investors: The Buying recently has been weak, and many forget that the Markets have Doubled since March 2020. Smart Money is hesitant to Buy up near the Highs, as eventually the Indices will return back down to the Green Lines (on some Bad News). The better trades happen when the S&P 500 Index is in the Green Zone.
Triple Buys today for ANY (+20%) BBIG (+16) BTU (+10%) NXE (+7%) UNG (+ 10%) & UUUU (+8%). Soon for AMC DNN IRNT OCGN & OPAD in DAY TRADING SETUPS.
Bonds were down today, but are Above the Green Line.
Crude Oil was up $1.37 today at $75.35.
