Markets were mixed again today after the FED left Interest Rates unchanged. The FED has Printed $5 Trillion in the last year, but doesn’t see an Inflation problem anytime soon? Maybe the FED should look at some bullish Commodity Charts, or maybe they are just trying to fool the Herd while Smart Money takes profits before the Fed tightens. Do nimble Investors really think they can all get out quickly, especially if the FED ends the Sugar High early?
The S&P 500 and DOW 30 Indices are on Highs and over-bought. There are currently 0 Investments in the Green Zone for the Swing Trading Watch List, which is rare. This normally means that a Bad News story will come out soon, causing the Herd to take profits.. The best Stock rallies normally happen when the Watch List is large.
The Buying has been poor, even with better than expected Earnings. NEW SUBSCRIBERS: Please be patient and WAIT for pull-backs. It does not take that long.
The better trades happen when the S&P 500 Index is also in the Green Zone.
Bonds were down again today, and are below the Green Line.
Crude Oil was up $0.85 today at $63.79.
