Markets were slightly higher today as most of the Indices were back down in the Green Zones for Buy Signals. The Watch List has grown so large that we won’t list them all (over 40 names). Try to Buy Investments that recently made New Highs and held above the Red Lines (50-day avgs.).
Volume is low, as many Investors are waiting for a Stimulus Plan before committing more funds.

Bonds were down again today.
Crude Oil was up $0.63 today at $40.66.

Many like to Buy the day before, near the Close, if the Money Wave is going to create a Buy Signal (Closing > 20 and out of the Green Zone).
