11/15/2020 Markets were up again for the week on favorable Virus Vaccine news, and better than expected Earnings. Good Earnings and Vaccine News have been discounted with higher Stock prices. Probably the only Good News left for the Short Term would be another Stimulus Plan. (Then Smart Money should Sell).
The Markets are now over-bought and probably need a Stimulus Plan to go higher. The CNN Fear & Greed Index is up to 59, from a recent low of 23 earlier this month.
Eventually when a Covid vaccine is in place, the World Economy should heat up and could cause Inflation from the weak Dollar and FED Printing. Bonds are close to falling Below the Green Line and Commodities are almost back Above the Green Line.
The Leaders were back down in the Green Zones in early November and then the Market had a big pop up. Targets hit and Sold this week:
MRNA MODERNA INC Hit the Target of $85.00 this week in the Long Term Portfolio for a 27.64 % Gain.
For the week the Dow was up 4.21%, the S&P 500 was up 2.27%, and the Nasdaq 100 was down 1.25%. The Long Term Trend for the Indices is up.
The Inflation Index (CRB) was up 2.81% and is Above the Green Line, indicating Economic Strength.
Bonds were up 1.28% for the week and are Above the Green Line, indicating Economic Weakness.
The US DOLLAR was up 0.56% for the week and is Below the Green Line.
Crude Oil was up 8.05% for the week at $40.13 and GOLD was down 3.36% at $1886.20.
