Markets were up today as the Indexes have been able to hold above last Monday’s Lows. The Semiconductors bounced on better news about restrictions with Huawei in China.
The S&P 500 Index is still battling to hold above the Red Line (50-day avg.) of 2858 today, to remain Bullish. The Leaders need to hold up higher than last week for a good rally.
