Sep 9, 2026 Today the Markets saw a continuation of yesterday’s momentum as large caps like SPY opened and moved lower, eventually coming down to rest around the daily Red Line, its 50-day average, while holding near the 60-minute fair-value line The Banana Line. This suggests SPY is currently fairly valued and could be accumulating around this level for its next impulse move. Meanwhile, the Greed Index SVXY fell below the daily Pink Line, potentially signaling a corrective wave lower; however, with no clear M-pattern formed yet. SVXY could eventually regain strength and move higher toward a potential M-pattern setup.
Bonds $TLT also declined toward the downside, potentially forming a W-pattern before attempting to move back toward the Banana Line. Overall, the market remains low in volume and lacks the momentum needed for a strong move in either direction, keeping us cautious and waiting for a clearer impulse wave. With the major indices sitting near fair value, the day ended with a swing buy taken in $FROG.
