Aug 3, 2026 Today the Markets opened on a stronger note as SPY rallied sharply, giving the week a positive start, while QQQ advanced at a slower pace, suggesting a corrective bounce that could still be followed by another leg lower or a retest of the highs. The MAGS 7 ETF and Semiconductor names such as SNDK, MU, and SMH remained strong throughout the session, while IWM broke its daily downtrend and added to the improving market breadth.
The Greed Index SVXY also moved higher, although many assets have already rebounded back toward their Banana Lines after the recent Fear Flush, leaving the possibility of another pullback before the next sustained move higher. We continue holding our TPOW position in $MRVL as it remains technically strong and is still trading below the Banana Line, suggesting underpriced value with a upside potential. The day ended with Weekly Swing buys taken in $AAOI, $SMH, $WULF, while our $CRWD Daily Swing was sold for 15% Gain.
